No Nut November because I found out I was addicted to Porn and wanted/needed to get off of it. It is hard to do but doable. I was proud I had the willpower. I did it for my mental health and didn't really think it affected my physical health. Just had my PSA checked and it was 1.7 so no real problems there. Not sure if getting off everyday is good or bad for you physically, but personally I know porn addiction was not good for me. To each their own. Whether you participate or not I wish everyone good health and a happy sex life.
