No more "special master" ....Appeals Court thumps Trump Judge Aileen "Loose" Cannon

"Judge" Aileen Cannon's specious Trump-friendly "special master" rulings came to an abrupt end when the three-man Court of Appeals threw out her entire ruling yesterday. In a sharply worded rebuke, the appeals court said "Judge" Cannon, a favorite of Republicans when "court shopping" NEVER had jurisdiction in the first place, and that she should have known this. This alone rendered Trump's pissy little lawsuit moot.

The ruling takes effect next Thursday, giving the Trump team less than a week to appeal to the Supreme Court, which is almost certain to reject it as it has done with previous Trump political stunt lawsuits.

Good to see the Rule of Law being applied again.
I'm sure our resident legal expert HisArpy will have much to say on this matter.

The problem with Trump's tactics is that in order for the judges to rule in his favor they have reveal themselves as incompetent idiots, obedient stooges, or both. What Trump doesn't realize is that people, in important positions, even if they're right wingers, take their jobs seriously. Federal judges, military commanders, etc. can't comply with his myopic, child like requests like parades and kangaroo court decisions on a whim.

He is so stupid he doesn't realize it insults the judges he's presenting these shit arguments to. Having someone who is a complete moron trying to trick you with some ignorant bullshit when you're an expert in your field is aggravating as hell. He thinks everyone is as simple minded and corrupt as he is and should be willing to embarrass themselves in public with how stupid they are, like he does on a regular basis.

Not only that but it doesn’t take high crimes or misdemeanors. Simple oath violation or conduct unbecoming, the appearance of impropriety, an ethics violation. There are only three legitimate justices on the court, currently. If you were only going by decisions you might, if you could stretch it give that attitude to the chief, but not after what has taken place recently and in 2010, considering Citizens United, legitimacy is an afterthought. Most people don’t realize the Supreme Court picks the cases that it wants to hear, needing only for justices to agree on which. The only federal court to do so. They obviously have an agenda just on choices made. This particular court is going to hear a case from Colorado about discriminating against same-sex marriage on religious grounds. Now, I doubt if they chose to hear that to maintain the precedent. A short rope and a toll free would fix this shit but the electorate is includes group of yahoos, unaware of the fact that our movie.

The constitution says, concerning federal judges and their remaining on the bench,

“Shall hold their office during good behavior.”

If you were a strict Constitutionalist, it is an unarguable fact that six of them, by rights, should be impeached and removed. I’m sure there are dozens upon dozens of federal circuit court judges and appellate court appointees that would fall into that demographic as well.

We need a Constitutional Reaffirmation. It’s simply needs followed. Leave the interpretation bullshit for the Bible!
