Probably the wrong thread for this. But, I'm stuck at 97 followers for the past five or six days.

You worried about five or six days? Hang in there! I've been looking for just one more for months to get to a rounded number.

In your control panel, you can click "Following". That gives you two choices: "Following" and "My Followers". If you go to the last page (there are ten followers per page) it shows the actual number, not the number in your control panel - or even the number that shows up as "My Followers".

Just for shits & grins, I looked at my stats today. The last time I looked was 11/11/2023.
Sometime after the first of the year, I exceeded 1 million views (1.048,848)
Those 1M+ views garnered:
-14,279 votes (1.36%)
-226 comments (0.02%)
-My average rating is 4.6

From a pessimistic viewpoint, I feel like I'm whispering into a hurricane.
From an optimistic viewpoint, I impacted 14,279 readers enough to garner a vote, and 229 to comment (though a few of those are my comments).
Ultimately, what matters to me is that I'm enjoying this.

It probably won't last, but I'll enjoy it while it lasts!

I recently passed 100 days of publishing (subtracting the says my first stories were taken down by a false allegation of plagiary) and I have been tracking some of my metrics. Thought I would share on this occasion.

In that 100 days I have published 5 stories in 2 series for a total of 43K words, received 202 favorites, 1224 votes with a weighted ager of 4.66 and converting views to favorites at 0.22% and votes at 1.35%. Given the consistency across the story metrics I am pretty content that my writing is holding up even if the interest in my first series is naturally waning with each new installment.
