Really unexpected, but today, I did actually publish that last chapter in my ongoing novel, Peta. This brings the total chapters to 10, so far, aiming for two more acts of 10 chapters each.

Hey their later albums were really good. Heathen Chemistry and Don't Believe the Truth are fantastic albums. And Noel Gallagher solo albums are some of my favorites, especially Chasing Yesterday.

Just so I don’t get this totally wrong for the third novel (after novel 1 was fleetwood mac song titles and novel 2 oasis) what group should I avoid?

If you're looking for bands that are universally hated but still sold millions of albums, you can't go wrong with Journey or Nickelback.

Culture Club or any 90s boy band is also a possibility.

Saw Nickelback when they opened for Bon Jovi (my wife's favorite so I've seen him 8 damn times) and Kroeger was completely hammered and kept yelling up at Robert Kraft's box that he was cheap and didn't give them enough beer.

Musically I don't know what the issue is, they're a decent band in the genre, but the guy is a dipshit

I stepped out from behind a computer screen, walked into the AH Lounge, and posted my writer's journey for the first time in a public forum yesterday. That's a major milestone for me considering I've been a member here since 2007. One of my goals was to be a participant in the forums as I set out to discover if the one story I thought I had inside me was as good as I thought was. I still have the eight positive comments from the readers. And believe it or not that's all I needed to continue writing behind a computer screen as I practiced what I learned from volunteer editors here and the writers in the lounge when I'd visit here, learn something new and then disappear to write more stories than I didn't know were there until I started one from scratch. The experience is like cooking from a recipe when you have all the ingredients.

If anyone would care to comment on the piece of the first characters (I ever created from my imagination) based on their dialog in the piece. I'd appreciate it as it might help me complete the piece; doubling the word count while I edit another story.

I apologize for this. It’s bragging, but I have nowhere else to really share it. I published my first story in 2 years. It’s pushed me well over 13,000 followers and I think into the top 10 most followed authors once the system resets. I’m not sure, as that section of the site doesn’t update real time, I’m currently listed as #12 but the # of followers there is different than the one on my authors page.
