New Milestones Thread

I hit 1500 followers today, and my most-read story just passed 200k views. I write almost exclusively T/I, so...grain of salt, I guess, for the "easy" audience. But still, I'm proud of this success after only nine months.

My second big milestone of the novel in progress complete: I posted the final chapter in Act 2 of Peta today. The novel currently looks like this:

Act 1
Chapter 1: “Married With Children”
Chapter 2: “Half the world away”
Chapter 3: “Trip Inside”
Chapter 4: “The Girl in the Dirty Shirt”
Chapter 5: “Soldier On”
Chapter 6: “Part of the Queue”
Chapter 7: “One Way Road”
Chapter 8: “Where did it all go wrong?”
Chapter 9: “Sad song”
Chapter 10: “Don’t look back in anger”.

Act 2
Chapter 1: “I think, I hope, I know”.
Chapter 2: “Better Man”
Chapter 3: “Waiting for the Rapture”
Chapter 4: “A quick peep”
Chapter 5: “Morning Glory”
Chapter 6: “Sunday Morning Call”
Chapter 7: “Alive”
Chapter 8: “Up in the sky”
Chapter 9: “Cast no Shadow”
Chapter 10: “The Swamp Song”

I’m up to approx 64,000 words at the end of Act 2. Aiming to be at nearly 100K by the end of Act 3.

11th time I've had a story at number one!

This would be my advice for anyone considering venturing into Loving Wives - publish a story in another, friendlier category the very next day. One will get the scores, the other the comments and they'll balance each other out.

Although I haven't written anything here recently, my 15 works have now passed a combined 2 million views. Probably not an impressive number in the overall picture, but the scale of it astounds me still.

That's seriously impressive.

I'm pleased as punch that I have 2 stories in the 'Mind Control Top Stories - last 30 days' list... but 11 #1's. Damn.
