Reading people's fantasies and stories, as I'm sure you know as a poster on a story website, is one of the best ways to understand someone's kink.

I am assuming that your guys are adult baby types. If they aren't, and are just into "older woman ageplay" scenes, like teen boy loses virginity, or son rapes mommy, these links might not be too helpful.

And here's a suggestion from me: I am not an adult baby but I've been around a lot of them in my life, and a couple of things they really like, especially the bdsm-kinky ones are "baby bondage" (invent some kind of bondage, like tying them up in a crib or a creative use of baby toys in the bondage that makes them feel little and tied up all at the same time) and "nice humiliation" (for instance, you tease them relentlessly but in a nice way about wetting their diapers, or "check" their diapers in public).

I've found that unfortunately, "adult baby" is usually the last of the options presented, and I have to disabuse horny-client of the idea that I'm a milk dispenser or something he can get at the local lap dance.

On the rare occasions I've had an actual adult baby or toddler, I do the typical baby things I guess. Dumb sing along instead of trip hop on the dungeon CD player, a rattle or something, or making twisted baby toys of assplugs/dildos etc. If your baby is into crossdressing, make him into a little girl, just treat him as a girl from the get go, or make being "a little girl" his specific regression.

pink stuff, frilly stuff, maybe teaching your "girl" to go potty sitting down like a little lady...enemas and takings of temperature are always popular with the faux tot set also.

Lots and lots of cuddle wuddle and goo goo talk. Create that warm soft cuddly pink headspace, most of all.

I think the guy who likes to be punished by cleaning things used to visit a certain female friend of mine. Be warned: he didn't clean very well at all!

Here's a cross-dressing 3-year-old "baby girl." Maybe his pics will give you some ideas. The clothes for adult babies are often very expensive, unfortunately, because most of them have to be hand-made in the large sizes required.

In addition to the suggestions already given you about this, don't forget to have very feminine dollys for him to play with. Or go to the girl's section of any toystore for some good ideas: besides teasets and dolls, they sell cute little hair and makeup kits for girls, toy washers, dryers, stoves, ironing boards, and other items of traditional feminine labor, sickeningly sweet pink and purple unicorns (actually the majority of toys specifically for girls seem to be lurid hues of pink and purple, I am not sure why), dress up as a magic fairy princess glitter outfits, and all the most ultra-feminine conditioning crap you can imagine. You'd be putting that stuff to far better use on a man who enjoys infantile crossdressing than giving it to a little girl, IMO.

If you know how to sew, buy patterns (it's approaching Halloween and you should be able to get baby-doll dresses etc in adult sizes) and the most guady, girly fabric that you can get (I know the local Walmart for us has some in the clearance pile that would be perfect for this). Make your own and save a ton of money ... or if he's really into cross-dressing and feminization, make him learn to sew - a traditionally female duty - and make him make his own clothes...
