This is mines. What's yours? Before people bash me about Jordan, Magic, Bird and etc, keep in my that I'm only 22, and I only chose players that I actually saw play. Not just some highlight reel. Create yours and post it.

Bill Russell, for sure.

Mt. Rushmores are supposed to be for all time.

Yeah I know, but I can't call someone great that I never saw play. That's like me saying Johnny Unitas is the greatest Quarterback ever. I can't because I never saw him play.

Look up Bill Russell's records. I think he won something like eleven NBA championships. It didn't happen by accident.

How the hell is Lebron James not on your mountain???

You think Carmelo Anthony is better than Lebron James?

I did my research. It was only about 10 NBA teams then. He was 6"9 and they were only three people taller than 6"8, him include. Centers was around 6"4, and plus THERE WERE ONLY TEN TEAMS. 11 rings is 11 rings, I'm not going to take that away from him, but for the sake of argument, it's not impressive.

I don't like LeBum, never did never will. A lot of his game revolve around his athleticism, take that away from him and he has nothing. He strong as a bull, he is 6"10, he runs a 4.5 and he can jump out the gym. But he is softer than baby shit, and he has no heart. He's a crybaby and point guards aren't afraid to D him. His jump shot has improved, but it's decent at best. He has no handle or no post game, he is a excellent passer, I'll give him that, but that's it. Melo on the other hand has the perfect offensive game. He can shoot from anywhere, take you off the dribble, post up and even cross you without putting the ball on the floor. His jab step and first step is legendary, he is a underrated passer but he is a absolute monster. He gives little effort, I'll give you that. He defense isn't as bad as people think, he just doesn't play good help D. And let's not forget, he been kicking LeBron ass since High school.

Those ten teams still had the best players they could find. The NBA is diluted now. Russell was a hell of a player. I saw him play on TV many times when I was a kid and young adult. He was a great defender, a tremendous rebounder, could score when he wanted to, and could dish it to somebody else for an assist when he wanted to. In other words, an all around great player.

I'll take your word for it, because I can't argue against that. I really don't know what type of player he was, so I can't give him credit nor take nothing away from him. I only can go off what I see. And the best player of all time is Kobe Bryant. It just maybe be of my era, but it's the only era I can go off. Just like to me the best boxer of all time is Floyd Mayweather and not Muhammad Ali.

Well, I think if you're going to carve it in stone you should include everybody, not just players you seen over the last ten years or so. And I too am wondering why you left off Lebron James from your limited Mt. Rushmore.

Smooth, I don't think you're going to be getting any general managerial jobs in the NBA if you think Carmelo is better than Lebron. I'm guessing 30 out of 30 GM's would say the exact opposite.

I don't like his game.

Tell me exactly what did LeBron do? He got two rings ( should of been one, thanks Ray Allen) and lost 3 times ( should of been four, thanks Ray Allen) He passes up clutch game winning shots to players like Udonis Haslem. Think Kobe would ever pass a game winning shot to Kawame Brown? Or Jordan to Rodman? No! He has no heart. I remember one game Rondo started to D him, and LeBum didn't score in about 10mins. Instead of backing him down he started dribbling. You think Rondo would ever try to D Melo? I'm not saying LeBron is a garbage player, he just have to much hype. What Dallas did to him in the Finals was it for me. They had that boy averaging like 15ppg.

I know that wasn't addressed to me, but it did answer my question, and I get it, except I think you're overstating things. But you did make some good points.

He has no heart. Plus I don't like him personally. That I'm taking my talent to South Beach shit was gay. After he promised Cleveland his home state a ring. He goes to Miami and put his foot in his mouth. " we might win 5 rings, 6 rings, 7,8" and leave after 2. If they would've beat the Spurs, he will still be in Miami. But he loses and run away like a little bitch. He let Jason Terry and Lance Stephenson punk him and Delonte West. And his game is based around athleticism.

Take a look at the 2007 Cleveland Cavaliers roster, and then realize that they made the NBA finals. That was probably the worst collection of talent in the history of the NBA, and they somehow got to the finals on the back of Lebron James. Meanwhile, Carmelo Anthony has the worst playoff record of any NBA player with at least 50 games in the playoffs. Carmelo is a team killer, he doesn't make his teammates better. He's not even on the Mount Rushmore of current NBA players. Lebron is the best player since Michael Jordan.

I get it, smoove. You've made it pretty clear you got no love for Lebron. :D

What? Are you seriously? It's two points that you made that is ridiculous. That Cavaliers roster had no talent? They had the best record damn near every year. They probably didn't have all the talent in the world, but look at the Atlanta Hawks, they don't have not one super star on their team. So what you're saying, is that LeBron need two other superstars to win a ring? And you really gone say LeBron is better than Kobe? I'm the biggest Kobe hater their is, but still I can't even hate on that man accomplishments. As of 2012, 5 rings, 25 fifty point games, 112 40 point games a career high of 81 points and something LeBron will never get because he is going to pass it, 27 game winners.

The Atlanta Hawks had four All-Stars this year, Smooth. Who was the best player Lebron played with in Cleveland prior to this year?

Atlanta had four All Stars because they play team ball, and because of their record. None of them belonged on that floor. They 07 roster kinda sucked, but look at the year they won 60 games. Antwan Jamison, Shaq, Mo Williams, Delonte West, Boobie Gibson, J.J Hickson, Varejao, , Telfair and, um, remember Danny Green, who killed LeBron in the Finals? Not to mention that they won 66 games the year before.

Kind of sucked? That '07 team was ridiculously bad.

As for the team you listed: Jamison was old, Shaq was washed up, Mo Williams is at best a sixth man, Delonte had sex with Lebron's mom, Boobie isn't even in the league anymore, JJ Hickson is nothing without Lebron, Varejao has been hurt all year which shows he's unimportant, Telfair was an NBA bust, and Danny Green was an NBA journeyman until Pop fixed him.

Let's face it, you just hate Lebron. You know deep down Carmelo is his bitch.
