Nashville Wants 30% females On Their Police Force

Police carry guns and nightsticks in order to increase their odds of bringing down a criminal if they have to, but it's hardly the majority of police work. There are plenty of positions that never involve apprehending criminals so no reason why women shouldn't have an equal role across the force. Most female officers are plenty tough enough to do the physical parts of the job along with the men.
There is an "overwhelming" physical difference between men and women. That is a fact and there is no comparison between the two on the streets or on the battlefield. Read this very carefully:

Note the source. This study shows the difference between an all-male Marine unit in the field against an integrated (male/female) Marine unit in the field. Note the findings and consider how bad they would have been if it were just a test between an all-male Marine unit against and all-female unit. These same findings would be found in a study between the sexes in a police study. The bottom line, a female in an all-male unit weakens that unit in its combat effectiveness. The question of "why can't women serve in combat positions?" "should be, why should we put them in combat positions when we know it weakens the force and to that extent damages the effort?

Yes, we know you think women should be at home making dinner and babies.

Here's what four female cops look like trying to arrest one male. Note they call for two more cars. DEI policies are going to get people killed. Check the pathetic video.
If they could have just shot him, problem solved. Aim your anger at the right target.

No one is disputing that the average man is stronger than the average women. That doesn't hold true in all cases of course, and I'm quite sure a professional female MMA fighter could clean your clock whenever she felt like it. However, comparing the police to the marines makes no sense.

The police are not a combat unit, they are there to protect and serve. Only a fraction of police work involves tackling suspects in the street, just like a fraction of the military is dedicated to front line combat like the marines. There are a lot of jobs in police work that can be done equally well by women, and some where woman are better. Interviewing victims in sexual assault cases for example.

You also assume that situations where suspects must be physically detained will be evenly matched and one one one. If there are multiple suspects, or if there is just one and he's built like a defensive lineman, your average male officer isn't going to prevail. However, he's probably smarter than that, and will draw his weapon or call for backup. Just like the female officers would.

Sure, tell that to Lyudmila Mikhailovna Pavlichenko, Lydia Litvyak, or Klavdiya Kalugina for a start....

You aren't sane.
Ohhhh… guessing your PJs knowledge base gives you the experience to make a diagnosis like that.

However using all of your non-sensical information you post, sure seems like there is nothing there.

Another eclipse is coming, don’t look directly up at it (again).

Not at all. There are plenty of places for females in the US military where they can be very useful, but the battlefield isn't one of them.
