I thought Shereads was very good and doc_m's. They stood out for me.

Ummmm..... I meant the story snippets. #5 was outstanding, disbelief at his own death. It brought a very moving image.

#10 had a real insight into a womans fears and courage.

I know what you meant Dran... it was a poor attempt at comedy. I need to stand back from them a little to respond seriously, but would agree with your assessments on #5 and #10.

#9 made a big impression in the sense that it conveys a much bigger story in significantly less than 500 words, and #13 deserves several readings, it's a complex well crafted piece of writing.

I have read a handful of more than one work from some authors, I have read 1 story from a number of authors, I have done some SDC. Without knowing the participating authors, I have no idea and can't go check out their work, which is a shame, because I do my research, and even vote too!

There's nothing stopping anyone from confessing to participation. Several have already. I'm not going to "out" anyone (other than myself, of course -- which I did several pages ago).
