My first turkey experience...

was a roaring success! It tasted utterly fabulous. I flipped out a bit because it hadn't thawed completely as of this morning, but by dinner time at 6pm, it was nice and golden and utterly scrumptious! Thank you for the nice tips I got on making it. Everyone said it was "fab" and we most definitely have to do another. I just hope that isn't for a while, cuz I am tuckered right out!

Congrats! I love to cook but it takes me longer to make it than it does to eat, so I rarely bother. What culinary delights are you going to prepare next?
