Must see TV?

I'm with Harold on the Antiques Roadshow
And add -

Frontline and Nova

Interesting - Last night on Nova - Global Warming
followed by Frontline - The Rise and Fall of Enron

Odd how GW and his father were prominate in BOTH!

I watch a lot of TV online, so some of these shows are old ones and it's a pretty random mix.

- Sex and the City
-Grey's Anatomy
-House
-Gilmore Girls
-The L Word
-Scrubs (up to series 5. The later ones are crap)
-Heroes
-Poirot
-Foyle's War
-Neighbours
-Hollyoaks (don;t blame me - I just like the Coming Out storyline they have atm)
-Jeremy Kyle (that man is fantastic)
-Any cookery show on anywhere, ever, but *especially* James Martin <swoon>
-CSI
-NCIS
-This Morning (love you Phil and Fern!)

And I'm sure there's some more I've forgotten... I'm ill a lot, so I watch a *lot* of TV :D

Oops!

I forgot about NCIS. I must have been drunk at the time I posted the first response.

Crud, half my fantasies are about Tony. :p

NCIS
Dr. Who
Jericho
Hero's
House
Boston Legal
Greys Anatomy

That's about it, any others are catch as catch can. Pretty busy taking care of the little ones (grandchildren) while mom and dad are at work.

Shows that used to be a must see but have dropped off my radar...due to lack of interest.

CSI ( all three of them )
Ghost Whisper
Numbers
Extreme Makeover - Home Edition
Deal or No Deal

Television and gambling is big where I work. A bunch of us watch "The Amazing Race". We place our bets on the team we believe will win the race at the end of the first episode.

And then there are the office hockey pools...$$$

I don't have cable, so all my shows our on DVD and therefore older than most on this list. But anyways, my favs include:
The Pretender
Angel
Star Trek (everything but Enterprise, never saw that one)
King of Queens
The West Wing

There are others, but these are the ones I watch the most.

Almost every show is better on DVD, and I'm a patient man.

Shows that are "Must watch" once they're out on DVD:
South Park
Family Guy
Nip/Tuck
Big Love
Lost* (Season 3 has dissapointed, but I'm still watching)
Robot Chicken

I watch other stuff, but the desire is far less urgent than those.

MythBusters
Deadliest Catch
Man Vs. Wild (Often times it's for it's humor.)
Mail Call
Survivorman
Planet Earth (I have to get the DVD Set.)
MASH. (My wife loves this even though she has the entire collection on DVD.)
Enterprise.

Cat

House
Grey's Anatomy
Monk
Psych
The Simpsons

Then as time allows, just about any Major League Baseball game or NFL Game

Rome
Big Love
Would include the Tudors if my On-Demand still worked
Sopranos
Elizabeth
Ancient Mysteries
Thank God You're Here (I know, it's new, but already)
My Name Is Earl (I admit it, it's just plain hilarious)
The Office (Melora Walters...enough said)
Notorious
Final 24

The last two are on the Biography channel.

Just a few of late.

Geez, half those shows I've never heard of, and I don't know if they will ever make their way to oz. The other 1/4 are on pay tv here, and I ain't paying :D

Ok, here goes in no particular order:

Veronica Mars
Greys Anatomy
My Name is Earl
Boston Legal
Scrubs

All US crap, I know

ooooh...I forgot Mythbusters. Definitely an awesome show! ;)

Dead Like Me and Stargate Atlantis. Battlestar would definately be another one but we only got the first season ages ago. No sign of any new ones.
