My wife makes me MS Pant cards all the time just in an e-mail to say hello. Just about everyone has MS PAint or some version of it. So here is your chance to be creative, silly, or whatever and make your Valentine's Day Cards like we all did in Elementary school. They can be for one person, a group of people, or in general.

No clue I just do mine under MS Paint. When I pull up a picture there are icons at the bottom. One of them is MS Paint so I go there

It should be hidden in the accessories area.
Click start, all programs, accessories....

Not sure what you are doing wrong there GGGB. Hit start, go to accessories, then to paint. Paint a pretty picture click save. Then upload image
