First you need to work on your number skill 85,000 is not more than 100,000

The report says

"Approximately 85,000 women and 12,000 men (aged 16 - 59) experience rape, attempted rape or sexual assault by penetration in England and Wales alone every year; that's roughly 11 of the most serious sexual offences (of adults alone) every hour. "

Note: not just rape but the figure includes attempted rape and serious sexual assault.

So even the 85,000 is not an accurate figure for rape.

It goes on to say that 85% of the cases have not been reported to the Police.

This means the figure is pure guess work and anecdote. "Who told you that" "A bloke down the pub" "Must be true then"

The last part of the summary is something we've known for years, that 90% of the perpetrators are known to the victim.

The report makes no mention of ethnicity so you attribution of all sexual crime to white men is pure invention. Given that less than 20% of the British population is non-white we can assume that 80% mat have been committed by white men but that still leaves you a long short of your 85,000 and even further than 100,000. On the strength of this post alone I suggest you apply for a job advising Boris Johnson.
