The bigger worry is the ratio of CEO/Board salary to the grunt on the ground actually working. Pay people a decent, living wage and many, many issues will resolve practically overnight. Hourly employees struggle at $10-$15/hr, when the Ivory Tower is pulling over $10,000/hr ... for doing close to nothing but glad handing.
