Actually, the elections here are often very close-run. Remember 2000. DeSantis would probably not now be governor if the Dems had nominated a white candidate in 2018.

If the location of drug labs in Mexico is known with sufficient precision to target them with missiles, the thing to do is pass that intel along to the local LEOs, and bribe them to do something about it -- bribe them with more money than the cartels pay them now.
