I have always thought of the change as reflecting a better understanding of female sexuality and a less male centric view of the world. Part of that is equality - what is good for the goose is good for the gander. I agree completely. Possibly another reason for the change--if there has been a change--is that homophobia is on the decline, and it's become a bit less taboo for a man to enjoy sexual contact with another man.

I never said sexuality was fluid. Mine is very firmly in place. I gain no joy from women. I actually am totally turned off by the softness of the female body. Especially breast.
