It just occurred to me that women (almost) always say girth, but I never hear dimensions.
I’m interested to know what a good girth is considered to be?

Well, average is around 4.6" for reference. I'm at about 6.1", which supposedly puts me in the 99th percentile if online calculators are to be believed. 8" is the largest measured, I believe.

Well, yes and no. I've been told jaw pain can set in. Having to open wide and all.
