Members names

First, sorry Min for posting this to embarass you as I expose myself for the geek that I am.

I created the name Alyxen when playing an online video game quite a few years back. I had always loved the name Alexander, and was trying to use that name, but twist it to be more of a fantasy genre name.

Ended up with Alyxen. It is now my online handle for almost everything. :)

If you google it, you can see the boards I have posted on.

By the way Jeanne, does Og wear a frock and have curlers in his beard when posting as you?:D

I am really curious about those of you have more than one identity and are very open about that fact on the threads. What's the point of having a secret identity if you tell everybody?

I started ferociouskittycat to post my poetry.

I want this nick to be known for erotic horror. I've been told by a friend that she liked ferociouskitty better... LOL

I only post on here with that nick if I've been checking votes/feedback. It's no secret that it's me. The signatures are almost identical.

Ferociouskitty does seem a bit more suited for the horror genre than Doormouse. :)

Jeanne_d_artois came out of the closet on April 1st. I used that identity to write stories that were different from my usual ones. I also wanted to find out whether the reaction to my stories would change if they appeared to be from a female author. The responses and feedback were different. I had more reads in a shorter time and more feedback, some of it suggestive. I was surprised by some of the feedback. Apparently mature females are just as 'sexy' as nubile ones - if I believe 'anon'.

Fag-Ash Lil is a character in one of my stories. I created her identity mainly to stop someone else using that name on Literotica. On Yahoo, all possible variants of that name are taken.

We don't tell 'everybody'. What is an open secret on the Author's Hangout is not everybody. My profiles show that Jeanne and Fag-Ash are aliases but who reads profiles when reading a story?

If I have a story that suits Jeanne better than Og, then Jeanne will post it. I don't think I will be writing any as Fag-Ash but...

Og

Ceal was given to me by my baby brother some 28 yrs ago. He never could say my name right until he was about 8, too many 's' sounds I guess.

Then as a teen my then boyfriend had a buddy that we hung out with all the time. His girlfriend saw the movie "Colour Purple" The Oprah movie (I hope thats the name) and from then on she shortened my name to Cealy.

Ive used it for other sites then when it came time to register here I had to think of something that went well with Cealy, not very creative but what can a busy woman do? lol
Cealy

I was woefully mislead by the title of this thread.

I got to name somebody’s member, once.

Afterwards, whenever the subject arose, I could say, “Wart’s up!”

He was NOT impressed.

If I have to explain my name, I must be doing something wrong.

I wanted a name that somehow indicated my nationality, but a name like WoodenShoe or Windmill was not very appealing so I went for Tulip as the international symbol of the Netherlands. LOL

I did want my name to be something special too, so I came up with a black tulip, that very rare thing they are still trying to create.

After I joined Lit and registered with my new found name I realized the black was also appropriate because I am darkhaired with brown eyes.
What's more, when I was a kid my brothers nicknamed me Tulip. I still don't know why and I only remembered it much later.

Isn't the mind a wondrous thing?

:D

I have been thinking about taking on a second name to protect my stories from attacks after posting in threads, but up till now it's too much bother.

My ex-husband (may his penis fall off) gave me this handle. besides my daughter, it is the only good thing I ever got from him.
We had seen a movie with Kate Winslet called Hideous Kinky. A few weeks later we were going to try anal sex for the first time. I told him he could only do me if I did him first with a dildo. That why it took so long for us to try it.
He finally said yes and so we were going to do it that night. When he went in the bedroom he saw that I had a towel on the bed and a bowl of soapy water and a washrag on the bedside table.
He started teasing me about being fastidious kinky.
So that's me!
PS He chickened out, so I am still a booty virgin.

I have never felt compelled to name my member. Anybody want the honor?

Since it belongs to my Mistress, I will have to ask her permission. But I would be happy to.

Very cool thread. I love getting the explinations.

Honestly there were too many kitties and kats and cats already here, which is why I'm not one of them. My real name fits me, I was lucky, there are some names in the Torah I would not want. Since Rebecca was taken I did what I've done for IM's and mail acounts and put it with my middle name Leah. I wasn't in a creative enough mood to try to think up something original.

:rose:

P.S. Since I now know how to pronounce Tolyk, I'm going to add that it's Lay-a, like the Star Wars chicky, not Lee-a.

When I registered at Lit I didn't even think of having to have name for some reason so when the time came I just stood up picked up a CD cover saw "Here Comes The Rain" (Best of The Mavericks, great album BTW) it's one of my favourite songs on the CD and thought yes that'll do. It's long and gets shortened to 'rain which is fine. I also thought there was a little double entendre potential given that my name is Loraine. As a kid if I heard someone talking and say "the rain" I thought they'd said Loraine and answer.:)

HONEY123

Not my real name. But I have been called Honey by a lot of people and when join Lit, I decided to use it.

I think it fits my Lit personality ~

But that's it...I HAVE NO OTHER LIT NAMES

My name is the typical thing Swedish women hear when they're abroad. It's sometimes accompanied by "vackra", as in "Vackra svenska flicka..!"

Literally, it means the following:
Svenska=Swedish
Flicka=Girl
(Vackra=Beautiful)

but to the thousands of Swedish women who have walked by horny suitors at mediterranean beaches, it has the ring of "you naughty girl, you want it, don't ya?"
