Mama Blu's

Mine stems mainly from abandonment issues I think. I long ago stopped expecting others to do as I do. It's just easier to not raise my expectations. I have had so many people who when I was down and out and needing someone to help me, walk away that I now expect it. I expect for people to think I am too much of a hassle, too much of a pain in the ass, basically just too damn much. It takes me a long time to begin to trust. I hate that about me but I can't seem to shake it.

On the other hand though, if I know you have my back, if you have shown through word and deed that you are in for the long haul, I would crawl through fire for you. Like I said, the number of people who have that is very very small.

You are not alone, but one thing that you have to do, and I need to start doing this again for myself, is to stop professing a worst case scenario.
I'm not talking about a situation where it is expected because of certain circumstances. I'm talking about with people that are an actual realistic part of your life. When I say realistic, I'm talking about relationships that are or have a potential to become tangible.

Sometimes I get bummed out and wonder if there are enough good people around, but then the ones who have been consistent in my life, along with acts of kindness that I have witnessed changes my mind. Trust me, what we say is powerful, so we have to try our best to shift it to something positive, it is not easy, but it is possible... it does work. :rose:

RUN!!!!! :D No I don't know. I would have to know the people before I could say anything & they wouldn't listen anyway.

This is true. My advice is always to remember y'all are a team. :)

Aww...thanks, sugar!

I may have to come up with a cover charge for tonight and get this place going again. What do you think? Got a good question to ask the people of Lit?

I will have to give that some thought. I am not sure what to ask right now :( :rose::rose:

Where does all the rubber go from the car tires as they get worn away when we are driving ?

Now that is a very fine question. But unfortunately, I fear the answer would be incredibly scientific and way too taxing for my feeble brain. ;)

Mine too but you would think there would be piles of rubber somewhere. LOL I think to much maybe LOL
