Sorry you're having a rough time, man. I sure know what that's like.

A lot of times just getting out and about helps. Get out and see a movie, hang with friends (good ones that make you laugh, not the kind of friends that always need to borrow money), hit a bar, check out some local music. Things like this may not solve whatever is going on but it will usually take the edge off. At least for a little while. Also, I don't know if you're a creative type but art projects and music are lots of fun. They've certainly helped me.
