I totally agree with Rainy. I can't sit back and say nothing if I think something is unjust. I've gotten myself into trouble speaking up for other people and even had them shun me because they were too scared to go against the people giving them the hard time.

In Litville if I see someone being harsh I will speak up. I don't go looking for confrontation but I won't sit back and say nothing. That makes you just as bad as the bully.

Agreed. Ignoring a problem won't make it go away. Our current political diaspora is a direct result of apathy and mis-information allowed to stand. Be the change you want to see!

Oh ok ***HUGS*** :rose:
... can we do a group hug thing for people that speak up because they're awesome?

Good idea! ***HUGS back ***

It is pretty hard to offend me. I can deal with nearly any type of humour (except Family Guy and anything Tyler Perry has ever looked at). I don't get bothered by much.

However, stupidity is one of the things that does bother me. See, I know pretty much everything, so when someone doesn't know something, I get annoyed. :) I'm kidding. But stupidity does bother me.

For instance, I saw something the other day on the forum that really bothered me. And I did have to speak up, as the injustice was great. A certain poster was being incredibly ignorant with his posts. I can often stand by and watch someone make an ass of themselves. No worries. But this particular guy was different. He called Christina Hendricks fat. Oh no! No one says that shit and gets away with it.

Seriously. I totally smell what you're steppin' in.

I'm generally pretty passive and laid back but I don't like bullies. I'll tell people (in real life and on the webs) to calm the funk down when it's warranted.

And Christina Hendricks is curvy and delicious. So I'm with you there, pmann. Lol

Boobs and glasses! The winning combo. Has anyone started this thread yet?

Boobs and glasses? Done and done :p

Finally, my own vanity thread! ;)

I have glasses as of yesterday. I have had boobs for many years. *looks for the thread*

Did anyone else start this? It's a great idea NRJ! I started the thread in the playground so that the shots won't be censored. If there's another thread somewhere else, please let me know.

But in the meantime, check out Boobs and Glasses at >> http://forum.literotica.com/showthread.php?p=59409670#post59409670

It's here: forum.literotica.com/member.php?u=1380934

There is a button where you can submit ALLLLLL your pics there. Right under contact info.

Damn, as a dare (this is not an open invitation!!!) I will post my pic for a very small amount of time. This is the boobs & glasses portion of Litiquette...and I dare others to do the same.....

Buh bye.

Chained is gonna come home and find us playing and be mad. Someone say something on topic!!!!

"Something on topic."

:D

OK..
Injustice...
Depends. Early on, I'd say something immediately. Nowadays, not so much.

......what is the best way to handle the poster who is off topic in a thread but thinks they are on topic?
......If it's someone "popular" and there's a potential thread jacking opportunity, friends will join in.

I think it's just that some of the recent posts were off the last topic Chained posted, the one about the town criers, but remain relevant to the previous topic. Some of you weren't done exploring tenuous post links and clearly felt that a demonstration was needed. And proving your popularity, friends joined in.... Chained practically invited you to highjack his thread.

And I have a feeling having Christina Hendricks pop up on his thread will put him in a good mood. At least until he realises he missed Thandi...:)
