It's been a hectic morning, only just now being able to wander in. I laugh sometimes when I get so busy that I forget about Lit. Some days Lit is a focus, other days not so much. And I realize that I'm no different than most people, as RL trumps online. But it still surprises me when I totally for get about Lit.

Not to suggest that you all are not the most important thing in my life

Been there done that! ;)

I think if you bought the vibrating version and it's telling you to move lower, you might have gained yourself a fit bit with a naughty agenda ;)

Glad you made it in...

My fit bit told me it loved me("love ya") and it said "smooches". I wonder if I should tell my husband it is becoming infatuated? I think it may be time to move it off my bra and to my pants waist band. I think it may need a little time out.

If other Litsters are anything like me (congratulations) they view the thread, see a new question they'd like to answer, say they'll come back later when they have the time, then never do because they're too busy with RL. That's definitely me all the way.
And me too..all the way!

That's a pretty valid excuse lol

****

I like this thread too. I always read it....sometimes I don't comment as others have answered it better than I can. With the Holiday I suspect many put lit on the back burner but will get back to it.
With the amount of lit drama lately I'd hate to see a thread go that seems fairly drama free and that makes me think. (Even abut uncomfortable introspective things:rolleyes:)

Please do not let this drama free zone expire..

Who said I wanted that. But my ass is too good looking to risk a scar
And please provide proof of that good ass..

There'll be no showing my sexy ass here. It would make some quite jealous that I have a magnificent ass ;)

Happy Easter everyone. One of the many "family" holidays yet we still manage to find some time for Lit. Considering that, would you leave Lit if your SO was distressed/upset by you being here, or would you sneak your Lit time and still be here without them knowing?

I am sneaking my lit-time already, kind of: my SO knows I write hot stories and correspondent with people about them. He also knows I frequent some sites where people play games.

Would he really be distressed, I would stop. I think. I hope I would be able to.

It's often said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting different outcomes. With that in mind, it's come to me that Litiquette seems to have run it's course. At it's zenith it would have 1500 views in a 24 hour periods with 100s of posts. Now it's become 100s of views with 3 or 4 posts. So have we taught ourselves all the Litiquette there is? Is it time to move on?

No! We won't move on.
Something new always will get more views, and a bit later a thread is or dead, or a few have found each other on it and are happy to exchange opinions.

Many of the Litiquette-izans have expressed how being at Lit allows them to be more open, free, naughty, slutty, whatever than they are in real life. Today on her road trip to New Orleans Makinmepurr spoke of how fun it would be to meet up with some Lit friends. And of course we all say as we sat safe here on the boards "Sure, it'd be fun" but if you are one of those people where Lit allows you to be "more" would knowing that someone in Lit has met you start to hinder your freedom to be "more"? Or maybe you'd fear not really being that person in RL that you are online. Hmmm...

I would feel some fear, online I am pretty confident, in RL I have some days I am quite a bit less confident (especially about my body. That fear is easier to mask online).

I do think though, that meeting a person who already knows me pretty well wouldn't be fearsome.

Speaking of doubt, what about Lit gives you the most reason to doubt. And what you are doubting doesn't matter. For instance, I sometimes doubt the seriousness of any lit drama that goes on.

I doubt all kinds of seriousnesses shown on Lit: the drama, some characters, some opinions some characters express (especially if they expressed contradicting opinions in the past) and I especially doubt the kind of shyness some people on Am-pic claim to have.

It still surprises me I am able to forget RL while being on Lit ...

Good Litiquette is also to not make others feel bad about themselves after a post. ;)

That is very good Litiquette!
It is also very good litiquette to say: "Pics or it didn't happen!"

I'm too much of an attention whore to ever forget about Lit. But I fully admit that I am, so it's okay, right? RIGHT??

Good morning Litiquette-ville. Did everyone sleep well last night? Rested for a big day today? We all love spontaneity, and tried to avoid planning events here at Lit. But sometimes it's a necessary evil. What other necessary evils do you put up with for the sake of a better Lit experience?

LMAO

Humm... I can't think of anything that I put up with to make this place better.

I ignore unsolicited dick pic PMs but that is the only negative that I have come across so far.

Yes, spontaneity is a delicious treat, and a trait so many of our marriages lack (especially those of us with kids), and I do hesitate to plan when it comes to Lit, but I have to say I stop short of looking at it too negatively. Real life comes first, so sometimes you just have to pencil in some fun time.

And I think it's kind of sexy-fun when you say to someone 'hey, what's your schedule today' and start exchanging meeting times and kid drop offs, etc. Maybe because it holds the promise of more sexy fun to come. And don't get me wrong, planning isn't something I do frequent on Lit, but synchronizing your watch to your Lit partner's can sometimes be part of the build up. Virtual foreplay!

And that's not exactly an answer to your main question, so I'll answer this one: I rarely sleep well, and last night was no exception. Lol
