Things I don't care about:
Reading books- I know that sounds awful. But I just don't wanna read a book. I read technical shit all day and I don't wanna do it when I get home.
The Big Bang Theory- motherfucker. If one more damned person tells me I should like that show because I'm an engineer I wanna scream.
Football- although I enjoyed the game last night.
Things I care about:
Survivor. The show, not the band. Best ever.
The Bachelor/Bachelorette. That's right, motherfuckers. Suz and I talk about that shit every week.
Artsy, folky music. Love it.

I just spent three hours arguing with the incompetent fools at Bank of America. Mindless drones, they are. It was Comcast level bad.
I just pulled all my business from them. Fuck 'em.
Someone is gonna be in trouble and I expect I'm going to be getting a very apologetic call in about an hour.

I would switch to Uverse if their internet offered the speeds at which I need to stream like 8 tabs of porn at once without buffering. Do you know what kills an orgasm quicker than a buffering porn vid? Nothing.
I'm pretty vindictive too. Especially with monopolies or near monopolies like Comcast. I have gone to war with them before and won. This time, I may be losing. They can eat a bag of bleedy dicks.
But whenever I have a problem with one of these companies, I just write a letter to all the Corporate Execs. Usually not an email. Usually an actual letter. That gets the attention of the right person immediately. Luckily, for me (not Comcast), I have ALL of the executives' direct emails. So, after a couple of rounds of bullshit from the locals, I hit those fuckers. They don't like hearing from some asshole in Florida who needs his bill corrected. Usually CEOs have better shit to do. The email blast usually gets me results. I emailed 120+ people. No results this time, though. They are playing hardball. They probably just don't want me as a customer anymore. I'm a good customer, actually. I have never had any late payments or any of that shit. But if they say my bill is gonna be X and it ends up being X + $30, I get out my war paint.

I'm usually pretty passive, because I cherish my zen, but I can turn into someone that can scorch the earth via email. A couple years ago I had a bad experience with a car company and I pretty much declared war. I think I actually called someone "babydick" at one point.
