Every once in a great while.. I'll throw a CD in my comp and listen while I am online. Usually I just use the stereo. Well, yesterday my daughter was messing around on the comp and put Shaggy in. We've had this Cd for months and never even realized it had a video on it!

A Backstreet Boys CD of my daughter's had interview clips and video clips on it. Is there any way you can tell if a regular music CD has a lil gem on it, like this one did, just by looking at it?

I have a Reba McEntire CD that had a bonus for people using it on their computer. I believe that it was mentioned on the CD's jewel case, or in the pamplet. But it wasn't a surprise.

Lets see now, I've had Limp Bizkit, D12, Mel C, Muse and a few more I can't even remember at the moment and all had video on them, some you can download the video on to your hard drive and some you can't.

It's become more popular to do this as it adds value to CD singles and also it makes albums better value to, in the UK we pay on average £15 for a CD album, so a lot of people where buying pirate CD's or making MP3's and to combat this the record industry decided to put extra tracks or CD-ROM's on to win back customer's.

Check the CD booklet, usually near the back with the thank yous, for a small black circle that says enhanced CD, Also check the Case along the spine where the artist name is labeled, there might be one there. Pop in the CD and you should be able to open a file up and see the clips. Hope this was helpful

the BSB CD has what I'm talking about Savage Kitten check there to identify the sign

The A-Teens CD I got for Father's Day has this in the lower right corner of the front and back, but not on the spine.

(It's actually about 14mm long)

my methods of mayhem cd has this program, you can't listen to the cd on the comp while doing anything but the proigram, but there's a whole lot of cool extras. my B*Witched cd has its own little player thingamachigger.

wow thanx everyone! especially for the visual WH! (I wouldn't expect less from you! :D)

Decent stuff

Led Zeppelin: The Early Days, Vol 1, has a nice bonus video track. Which is mentioned in VERY fine print... *sighs*

If a cd has a video or some kind of other non-music programs on it you can usually see it in the back, the shiny side, of the cd. If it looks like there is a slight division in the cd there is more information on it. You might have to hold it so light reflects off it to see it. And it's really small.
