I haven't read those books, but I watched the movie on Netflix. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

So anyway, one way and another it's been an eventful week:

• This is truly my last week as a student and I have to leave my lovely, lovely second family where I have stayed these last two and bit years as their live-in baby-sitter.
• My bff has a boyfriend and is head-over heels in love. I've seen the pics - he is gorgeous - a bit of a Daniel Craig and I am jealous of them both ( how can that be?! )

So..
Wearing: Scruffs as usual ( yes I do wear frocks sometimes ) because I'm packing stuff
Music: Turin Brakes ( where have you been all my life? )
Mood: forcing myself to be busy and avoiding thinking too much

The housemate has now successfully moved out! There's a lot of cleaning and rearranging that needs to be done now. It's a little daunting, but not necessarily in a bad way.

I have as much as a couple months left to wait on the visa front, but it could happen any time now, which also feels good. Waiting endlessly never feels good.

And... that's really all my news for now. Just wanted to share!
