The story starts out with the male MC being in a college dorm room, going to sleep at night. His roommate returns drunk with a female companion. The roommate passes out, so the female (succubus?) decides to have sex with the MC. Turns out, the MC is some kind of Demon Lord, or powerful Incubus, which gets revealed as she's trying to use her powers on him. Later, they escape (for whatever reason... bad guys are after them?), and the MC flies to Hell or some similar place. Turns out he's supposed to inherit the Lordship of whatever domain. That's about all I can remember. Thanks!
