I’m in the mood to be inspired by the truly “out there.” I mean, the stuff that makes you wonder “whatever s/he was smoking while writing this, it needs to be made super-illegal.” It can be sci-fi, fantasy, erotic horror, dystopian, dark, light, but the weirder the better.

Preferably not just a rehash of the mainstream tropes, like futanaris, furries, etc.

What stories or series come to mind?

My reaction upon reading EB's The Fantastic Hotel was, "They must be smoking some powerful weed Down Under these days." That was a weird story.

Chloe Tzang's Welcome to Nockatunga Station is a truly unsettling space-horror story. It was inspired, as I recall, by her investigating the oviposition fetish. I will say no more.

I'll give a shout out to my story, https://literotica.com/s/penis-fish. It's about an invasion of Earth by aliens that look like male phalluses.

Tefler’s saga. You either love it or you are going to hate it over 160 odd episodes. The actual premise is wierd and completely non-logical and the physics is all wrong. But what a sweeping story.

Going to give my vote to @EmilyMiller and her Coleoidphilia Series. Come on, a sentient, telepathic, shapeshifting cephalopod, and a surprisingly romantic story to boot. That is out there, and extremely well executed.

LOL. Welcome to Nockatunga Station does keep being mentioned. Thanks Simon. It was fun to write. And way more horrific than "I Married a Heptapod" which was more of a romance, after all.

Chloe Tzang's Draft Deferment, has implanted in my brain the exact size of a centaurs cock.😳

I can tell you, I spent hours researching horse cocks and figuring out hypothetical centaur physiology to make sure that one was as realistic as I could make it. Right down to the volumes of semen. LOL. Sadly, not on Lit. Only on Amazon Kindle. I loved writing that one too. Gotta do a sequel sometime soon.

And "I Married a Heptapod" was fairly closely based on octopus sex, except I stayed away from the detachable tentacles.

My fictional multiverse features a benevolent secret society led by a Faerie Alien Hybrid of fluid gender who has no sinister intentions whatsoever and idealized versions of many real people plus many fictional characters. It’s unique in my opinion. ;)

I am always amazed at what Amazon actually allows, I was very careful with my first story. The only time I have had a moderator request was that my centauride graphic, she must appear to be wearing a top.
I would not mind but you couldn't see anything. I must thank you for Draft Deferment, I would love to read a sequel to it.❤️🤗
