If we attach the funding to the child instead of a standardized test and attendance.....admin will have to start performing or the money will be going to schools who do.

Don't need a vocational anything for that, just some standardized testing for 12 years and a diploma that's really just a "not entirely brain dead" cert that's worth about as much as my dirty underwear.

Emphasis is place on burying yourself in a lifetime of debt for a worthless degree is there because MONEY, mostly into to the hands of (D) elites.
