Just wondering

Hi I am very new to this board... it is interesting to say the least.

Out of my own curosity I am wondering the following:


How of many of you would consider yourself "church" people...

go to church on a regular basis... possibly have a position at the church.

raised in church etc...

if you do not feel comfortable answering in public... a private message or email is ok as well...

I'm a Christian. I'm Lutheran, I go every Sunday. My daughter goes to a Lutheran school...yes I'm a sinner and God knows this and that's why Jesus died on the Cross for us sinners...I'm not a saint, don't claim to be, I enjoy life and when it comes to Judgement Day, well then I guess whatever befalls me, I will accept.

I consider myself "Christian" however, I practice no formalized religion. I consider myself "Spiritual" or a "Naturalist" if you will.

Nature is my church so I go every day!

Outside of that the church and I don't see much of each other....course that could be 'cuz I'm a Jew...lol!

Tho come to think of it I don't spend much time at temple either.

Well I'm not private about either my christianity nor Lit. I don't volunteer the info that I frequent Lit, but if someone at church should ask, I'd "admit" it willingly. I'm not ashamed of anything I do here. Of course, I'm probably one of the more "tame" people on Lit anyway, lol.
On the same token, I've never denied my christianity here either... In fact I've been pretty open about it. Most of my friends here know that I'm a Christian... that's certainly nothing to be ashamed of or try to hide.
