All kidding aside, if you’re wondering what I’m doing replying to a thread at this hour, let me tell you. When I signed on to Lit yesterday, the last thing I expected to find was that my pics had been posted elsewhere. This was hugely disconcerting to me, and as you may have noticed, I immediately deleted every single pic I had posted over these last months for fear that in addition to the ones that had already been sent to another site, that all of my other pics would be floating around elsewhere on the web, as well. Originally my goal in posting pics was to get away from stress, not add to it. Posting pics was a sneaky little way for me to have a bit of fun despite the hardships of daily life. Unfortunately, today has obviously turned my thread inside-out. I feel terrible for missing how events escalated in my absence. This should be a place to enjoy ourselves—especially my thread! I wish I’d been around sooner to cool tempers, because I don’t want to be associated with negativity—and I don’t want any of you to be, either.

I’d first like to say that Keennyt has REPEATEDLY apologized to me, and quite (I believe) sincerely and profusely. I do not take someone’s apologies for granted. I’m not some shrinking violet, and don’t feel gullible in my decision to accept his apologies—because I feel it’s important to acknowledge when someone takes the time and effort to apologize. We all make mistakes. I have probably made worse ones than most of you.

However, there seem to be some obvious disagreements as to what the definition of “posting elsewhere” entails, so let me give you my opinion. My definition of posting elsewhere is any circumstance that my pic is being UPLOADED from a computer other than my own and by my own actions. I don’t care how private the 3rd party site may or may not be. I don’t care if it’s a thumb-drive or external hard-drive or what. If I didn’t post it there myself, it shouldn’t be there. Period. Know this.

Obviously today’s activities have changed my thoughts on how to handle my thread, and I honestly can’t say how it will go.

But no, I’m not going anywhere. Are you kidding? And miss all of you? NO. WAY. I just don’t know about how pic posting will go. I’d like to post more, but will definitely be more reserved in what I show in the future should I choose to continue.

I will say this. I’ve got a very wonderful friend here on Lit who has a good idea that may be a great way for me to post a little more, but it will take some time. I may or may not post b/t now and then, but at the moment the idea of posting pics isn’t exactly doing much for me.

I hope you’ll all continue to send me your kind words, in the meantime. I enjoy talking with you as much as you’ve expressed enjoying talking to me. More than you know.
