Petition to NOT ban nude pics from literotica

exactly same here. why banning pictures. i am curious what is the real intension behind this?

for me personally, i use a privacy filter glas on my phone and everything is good.

and lastly, on the main landing page of literotica.com i still find a big sponsored banner "literotica live nude webcams" including pictures ...

Yes the landing page is indeed a contradiction of the terms, I too have mentioned this

I personally belive this may have been a move from advertisers putting pressure on the site. I cannot take at face valve the comment that the overwhelming feedback literotica has gotten supports this move. It just doesn't align with the reality of what they site is.
Lit is a brilliant site and resource but to be frank, it seems like a move driven by outsuders and not those with a real interest in adult sexuality or fantasy.

I will never understand bans or limitations to nudity on adult sites like this, Nudity is natural, beautiful, sensual, sexy, fun, and so much more.

I really don't get why my 'tasteful' nudes are not allowed on a page that has a row of pictures of cyberwhores advertising across the top of the page and a comeon pic by anohter at the bottom.

Ah, but in theory...no, in practice...my pictures and stories are attracting the readers and the viewers who then might pay to scope out the lovely ladies advertising their 'beauty'...

From what I understand, the story side of the site actually brings in the money.

The forums side where most of the pics are costs them money

I am twisting my head in two directions here. I can see how posting pix of your balls or your bush on a forum might not fit the 'parameters' Manu and Laurel have set. Harder to vet that stuff. But I'm talking about my all approved artwork on the 'story side' being blanked and that of any others I tried to check, and complaints about all the illustrations in other's illustrated stories being deleted. I can understand worries about A.I. art., even though it can make some amazing erotica. But the site might get sued by those whose art had 'trained' an A.I. app, or by people whose faces or bods had been used without their consent to make a racy pic.

I agree we should be able to post & view nude pics, so long as they’re legal acts & no one is harmed.
The forum is poorer without them, I’ve been off it for a month partly for that reason.

Exactly this. Lit is funding itself from cam girls, the contradiction is glaring.

This could very easily be solved be users verifying themselves and then having permission to post tasteful nudes etc. The blanket ban is a death nail in the forum

Dearest Literotica members, hoping to gather some support to ensure naked pictures are not banned from this brilliant adult website. Personally I joined to read stories, then submitted some of my own, but I do enjoy flicking through some of the readers nude images and illustrated stories

Sadly, literotica is one of the few sites where people who just want to share their own nudes do so for the joy of it. If they want to keep nudes on specific message boards so people have to actually click on a link that says “Nude NSFW” or something like that- cool. But banning nudes altogether takes something away from the community.

Lit allows stories and chatrooms that would land people in prison and/or on a sex offender registry if they actually tried to act those stories out. Seeing a set of tits or full frontal should be less offensive than incest or non-consensual sex.
