Dinner is served! For starters, we have a Cherry-Pecan Brie, and Tossed Greens-and-Grapes Salad.

Our main course is a Pancetta-Wrapped Beef Tenderloin with Whipped Horseradish Cream, Crispy Potatoes with Fennel, Lemon-Garlic Green Beans and Easy Asiago-Olive Rolls.

Dessert is a Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake.

Drinks are of your choosing, and are served in the bar.

For those of us who wouldn't care for such fancy schmancy food, there will be a steak buffet served in a few hours.

I'm not a chef by trade, but I play one in real life. If I can get you something else, just ask.

Nah, most people ate earlier, you're kind of bringing up the tail end. Everything's cleaned and put away and whoever is still here have retired to the living room with their drinks.
