hope your week is going good, here it is wednesday already, not sure where this week has gone, been busy here, everyone wants to get stuff done before winter!! take care hugs!!!!!!

I have definitely noticed a chill in the air. I guess maybe I had better dig out my chains and start keeping them in the trunk of the car just in case I am out somewhere and it snows.

We are supposed to be warm this weekend. They said that it may be one of the last. Daniel has 2/3 more hockey games this season. Their game Tuesday night got cancelled due to rain. The season is supposed to be over next week, 11/16. They will probably try to make that game up. I am really ready for it to be over. They are in second place and I don't think there is any scenario that will keep the 1st place team out of first, they are still undefeated, and none that will stop his team from winning second and they will win a pretty big trophy for it so he is happy. I can't believe how quickly the time seems to be going by. Christmas will be here in no time. And I need LOTS more time and money!!!!!!!!! lol.

Ljmo - hope that you continue to mend well and that you are back to normal in no time, however that will mean that you work way too hard again! So I guess it is a double edged sword.

MM - hope things are getting better for you.

I hope you are keeping warm. One of my techs is a cross country runner and she ran in Bellingham today. She said that it wasn't very hospitible. She said she had to run three miles through the mud in her "underwear" in 40 degree weather. I hope that she doesn't come back with something frostbitten. I hope that you have a good weekend and don't get frostbitten either.

It is too bad that she was treated that way. Bellingham is so close to the Canadian border that I wonder if people up there are leery of everyone up there. I live in a diverse area (in Bellevue, WA) that you find so many different cultures and we all seem to get along nicely. As a matter of fact, I stayed in today and rested. I have been putting in a lot of hours lately but I am not complaining.

I am sorry that what I was trying to say about Bellingham's hospitality was misunderstood. It was not the people who were inhospitible but the weather and running conditions. I have not spent very much time in Washington so I don'r know that many of the people, but with you as a representative, they would be great. I do have several relatives in Washington that I don't get to see as much as I should. I have an aunt on Whidby Island, a nephew in Seattle and some cousins in Spokane. I haven't seen any of them in over 20 years. One of these days we are going to get up there.

Whidbey Island is a beautiful sight. My parents used to have property there. Of course I like anywhere by the water. They call Spokane the inland empire. That is where Bing Crosby was born and grew up. You should not only visit your relatives up here, but see all the beauty that surrounds us. It truly is amazing.

It was a nice thought. Yesterday morning, after leaving my apartment on the way to my garage I tripped on a huge pine cone on the sidewalk of the apartment complex. My foot twisted a weird way and I ended up breaking a bone in it. I am on crutches and have a velcro close shoe thing for now. The radiologist is going to look at the xray and most likely will have a podiatrist look at it next. I would love to stay home and rest but they need me at work and I cannot afford not to be working.
