hope your holiday was good!!! i had a pretty good week, got to spend a couple of days with my brother and his family, and took them hunting friday night, had a good hunt except it was really muddy, have a great day!!! hugs!!!

It sounds like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I am so happy for you.

I also had a great Thanksgiving. As is tradition now, most of my family went to my cousin's for Thanksgiving dinner. In addition to being with her family, my brother's family, we learned that my cousin is going to be a grandmother for the first time. Then we drove 2 hours back to our hometown to join our other daughter and her in-laws for more pumpkin pie. I am now at the end of the first four-day Thanksgiving week-end that I have had in over 30 years. It let us start getting ready for Christmas. It has been great. Take care. Hugs and kisses for all.

my dear friend, hope your week has been well, i have been neglecting posting !! guess your foot is getting better all the time? i think i am back to about 100 percent now, ready to ride that mule again!! if the weather was nice, but its keeps snowing a bit , take care!!! hugs!!

Except for the foot getting swollen during the day, it is coming along fine. People come into the office going brr during the day so I know that we are getting a colder spell here, too.

I guess I had better get my daughter's birthday card ready to mail. I remember coming home from the hospital from having her on my 21st birthday and it was snowing. I didn't mind not being able to go to the bar for the first time legally because I had my precious baby. (I couldn't walk either having just had major surgery).

The only way I can hold a baby on my Bday is if it is someone else's and that is perfectly fine with me! It would be finer if it was my granddaughter. Her Bday is the 19th. Three generations of one family in the same month.

hope yu have a great weekend and get to do some relaxing, mine looks really busy as always, work here at the office till noon today, then i am going to go hang a storm door, then on to the new house to hang sheetrock, boys have a ballgame tonight at 5:30, by then i am sure i will be ready to relax a bit and get ready to work tomorrow!! we did get to the dr yesterday, no real good news the dr is still concerned about her heart, she wants to find out exactly what is going on, but that means a heart cath and we are not sure thats a good idea, got to think on that and see a heart dr the 21 st, oh and she also told us again yesterday we NEED to move to a warmer climate, but i am sure that will never happen, we have had that discussion before!!! take care!! hugs!!!!

The same way you know it, silly! I still can't get over the fact that of all the millions of songs in the world, it was both your parent's song as well as my parent's. I love the version Patsy Cline sings and you love another but the words are so beautiful. Irving Berlin wrote it for his wife (I believe) for their wedding.

ljmo sorry to hear the news. I am praying for you, your wife and your family. I know they help. Don't be too afraid of the heart cath. They are very common now and most cardiologists are very good at them. I know that there is always some risk, but my cath found two blocked arteries that my stress echo did not see. I am sure that you will decide what is right for the two of you.

bob, thanks for the information, guess we are going to wait and see what the heart dr says before we make the final decision, been a trying type weekend, her dr told us again friday we need to move to a warmer climate, i am all for that, but she says definatly not, her friends and family are here and whatever happens is ok!!! puts a little added stress on things!! hope everyone had a great weekend, got a busy week here, doing inventory at work, take care everyone, as always hugs for the ladies!!!
