Yes! They should absolutely follow up any reports like that incase they're a genuine risk to kids but he wasn't a threat at all. The judge said it didn't matter, the words alone were enough.

He made a bad decision, but in no way did he endanger anyone, he gets 21 days.

A full grown adult gets 48 hours for DUI, ie. making a bad decision that puts lives at risk. 28 people a day die in DUI "accidents". Why the double standard?

Someone-, somewhere with MONEY has got them to LOOK at a Federal ban on high capacity clips...shiiiit all they have to do is make primers illegal and you have no gun. So it isn't impossible to cripple the firearm industry to point of bankruptcy without restricting or making them illegal.
And before anyone wants to bring up energy weapons or rail guns, look first at the way the Feds interpret the meaning of gun and firearms.
