hi,
i am an indian guy 28 got married about 5 yrs back and since about 6 months of marriage we started breaking apart, mainly due to her background and superstrong mental blocks againsta any sort of selfcontrol or authority or just the word "NO". it had no meaning for her, usually meant "YES". i dont think even god knows how i managed thru 4 years with her.
well now i am seeking a divorce and am sepeated since more than a year. she is not willing simply for the pleasure of teaching me a lesson.

how in the world can i get a divorce from her without her consent.

is there any law in USA where i can do so
i was married in india and have been to usa once, before marriage though
