At the time, I was genuinely unsure, so I gave you the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to a poor sense of comedy and general lack of anything interesting to say, but you cleared the matter up for me beautifully in the other thread.

For the edification of the board, I sent (m)Ann a PM regarding this post where (s)he compared Michelle Obama to Coretta Scott King for reasons that are still unclear to me, but it seemed like another alt who needed a fake name to criticize the Obamas for having the audacity to be black. However, it's easy to jump the gun on here, so I sent a PM. The subject was "Coretta Scott King." The content was:

the joke - am I missing something? I don't get it, and it smacks of something unkind to me, but maybe I am being obtuse?

The response from Ann was, "Eleanor Roosevelt was already taken but she didn't raise four children as a single mom." Okay. I brushed the whole thing off as my being oversensitive on the internet, Ann accused me of being judgmental, and we all went on with our lives until she brought it up months later for whatever reason.

That's all. A non-story, I'm afraid, but I couldn't pass up pointing out the marrón thing. Of course, now that she's said something similar to me and I'm a white person, it's obvious that she's not at all racist and I was wrong.

I do not really like Ann, but drama is fun, so please let me know if there's anything I can do to make this thread more enjoyable for you.

Well, since you have gone to the trouble of making the offer and all...you should have someone create an alt who has carefully researched every one of her posts and then supply us with links wherever ann might have said something that could even remotely be considered racist, even if she was simply referring to the color black. Then, create more alts that parody her name, and then they can make fun of her too. Simple starts, but important ones non the less.
