Using the drive from your tosh. there is a program called xp to Usb, it makes a perfect copy to a Usb drive then your eepc can boot from Usb.
Newer versions of ubunto can also boot from Usb.

I'm prob. just gonna put windows back on it. I had Ubuntu on it, but had a hell of a time getting wireless internet to work.
