How does lightning in the winter seem logical? From what we were taught in school, it happened when a cold and hot front moved into each other. I didn't know Ireland even got hot fronts.

It can also happen under extreamly unusual cold effects, not exactly sure of the precise maths but involves relative warmth of the sun's escaping heat from the surface makes cool water vapor which then in turn "bumps" against the snowy Icy front.

Am good , really , been taking very good care of my self in the last six months or so. No more jog's until this weather lifts though :sad face:
