It is considering how much the Rosetta stone costs. But its worth it to keep my language alive. Surprisingly it also makes me more ashamed to be Irish.

Well i'd argue that your language is english, unless you actually speak irish as your first language. And why would you be ashamed to be irish?

My dad was from Ireland, sadly we lost him in October to cancer, but planning to head back over there (love the place) to spread some of his ashes, he was from County Wicklow, little place called Aucavanaugh (spelling sux sorry.) Loved when he would speak in his native tongue, such a melodic language.

Only through selective racial segregation. I have to pay to relearn my heraldic language because the "Irish" education system done such a wonderful job

Thanks so much, I've visited a couple of times but its been ages, so looking forward to coming home and spending some quality pub time... Cant wait to go back to one of my favorite places in the world, Powerscourt Gardens, and Inneskerry (sp) Love the Irish women too, so friendly, so outgoing, so much fun.

Pretty much stayed around the Dublin area, went down to Waterford, but hung with relatives in Bray area, did accidentally get on an express train to Belfast though and figured since I was there I'd spend the day wandering around, had a blast.

I'll definitely consider spending more time up North, its hard though trying to get away from family when ya haven't seen them in so long.
