I believe the actual location named was "Omaha"... but Iowa works much better for this context.

You would have to fly into Chicago then catch a flight to Des Moines then a puddle jumper to Sioux City.
Or rent a car in Chicago, pick up some locals for a car share and drive.
Or catch a ride with a Chicago lit person and ride with them. (cheapest way)
