YAY! Finally slept 3 hours straight! Better than before :)

WTH? This is the second time I have gotten spam on my thread!
 
Suffer with insomnia myself, not much fun. Reading sexy posts on here & checking out the images of some of you hot ladies only makes me horny & in need of sex, lol.

Masturbation helps, but still feel hot after :devil:

Same here with masturbation. Actually, I have found that it wakes me up more instead of making me sleepy. Glad that you had some decent sleep :)

I like that! Unfortunately...I used to be a court reporter for something similar to CSPAN and i start to think about writing on my machine when I listen to CSPAN. Kinda get into it...pretty sad huh?

It's old and British. It should be putting me to sleep, but It is starting to worry me that I find it interesting.

:mad:Just got done with close to a 14 hr day, now I'm up for 3 or 4 hrs cause I Cant sleep
 
Well...getting better and better at sleeping longer. Slept for about 5 hours. Took most if not all of the advice you all have given me.
1. Walked 3 miles on the treadmill 3 hours before sleep.
2. Took a nice hot bubble bath with a cup of tea (my own concotion) :D
3. Third day of melatonin.
4. Took out anything electronic from room and by the way, I did bump my head when I unmounted the TV from the wall but it didn't fall on my head :rolleyes:
5. Glass of milk.
6. Found my old sleep machine and put it on "train" sound.
7. Oh and did not eat anything after 7pm and no caffeine after 5 pm (really hard to to)
8. I don't remember what time I feel asleep...I think it was around 11:30.
9. Now I am up and wide awake but feel sooo much better.

Looking forward to tonight. Maybe I will sleep 5 1/2 hours or more!

Okay, how about some of these sleep remedies:

#1. Drink some warm milk before bed.

#2. Have a bedtime snack.

#3. Drink herbal tea.

#4. Take a sleep supplement.

#5. Have a glass of wine.

#6. Cut out all caffeine.

If all this fails, enjoy internet pornography in abundance until you masturbate yourself to sleep. If that fails, at least you had some fun.

You know, it's been widely speculated that geniuses have been able to get by with little to no sleep. Some would even implement a polyphasic sleep schedule.

Perhaps, spicyhot1, it's time to come to grips with the fact that you are on the same intellectual level as Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison, Winston Churchill, and Leonardo da Vinci. I'm sure you've known this all along, but now we have undeniable proof...
