Bedtime snack? Any kind of food wakes me up.
Did the herbal tea and that did seem to relax with a shot of bourbon.
Sleep supplement was melatonin - on my 3rd day.
Instead of a glass of wine, I had the tea with bourbon while taking a hot bubble bath.
Cut out all caffeine? I think I might go mental if I cut ALL caffeine! Recently quit smoking and anything caffeine is my security blanket. not ready for that yet.
