Oh thats an easy one, becuase its fun to hang out and post things I hope make people chuckle which is roughly 69% of my reason for being here.

And you make things about yourself as its an easy way to relate to other people. Most people are actually pretty hesitant to talk about themselves. They like doing it once they get going but they need a social permission structure to do so. Making it about yourself provides said structure for them to talk about themselves.
