Zinc and hydration. Most men are zinc-deficient, so you probably need a supplement anyway. Do some research to see what's a safe amount for you, based on your diet and everything (obviously, if you have a zinc-rich diet, you don't need as much).
Drinking plenty of water and avoiding too much sugar, caffeine and alcohol will also help.

The biggest is recovery time. I mean, if I take it just to take it, I get super horny within a few minutes and it takes very littel for me to get off.

Google 'increase semen volume' and 'zinc semen volume' and you should find plenty of references. Yes, a lot of the evidence is anecdotal, but like WH said, zinc is also important for the immune system and overall health, so it doesn't hurt to supplement with a reasonable amount, especially if you're ejaculating regularly or doing other things that could lead to a depletion.
There are lots of herbs and supplements that supposedly have positive effects on semen volume, libido and sexual performance. I think a lot of them are BS, but I do know that an awful lot of people have found things like zinc and L-arginine do have some merit.
