I have been thinking all morning about this, fuck you few jerks out there, I am not leaving because of you. Then you win.

I am taking a sabbatical.

I need to take care of somethings in my life. I am sick and this place is not helping me right now.

What really got me was the thread about estevie, and her flirting, something about brains. Killermuffin, whom I have admired in the past, tore into her like a Terrier with a rat. Not just once either. What the hell was that about? Why the evil spirted attack? It broke the camel's back.

So yeah, I am gone, for awhile, a week, a month, a year. I don't know. Until I get my emotions under control.

I enjoyed spending the morning at eBay and other sites. Places I haven't been for a long time, because I was spending too much time here.

So let the door hit me in the ass, Marxist, just don't lock it behind me.

I left Laurel a note. I hope she knows I meant no disrespect towards her or the board.

I'll see ya in the funny pages. Oh, again, with the stupid replies, I probably won't be back right away to read them. So save them up. I know how hard it is for some of you to come up with that crap, you don't want to waste it.

I didn't post in your other thread, tho I was sad to see you go. If you need a sabbatical, you should definitely take it. Your health, both physical and mental, are much more important than hanging out on a board.

Perhaps it's viewpoints, but I didn't find KM's response to be an attack. It was a bit brusque, yes, but she was answering estevie's questions as to whether she felt people who only flirt here lack brains. She didn't come in spouting off and attacking estevie; she posted her opinion after she was asked. If estevie couldn't handle the answers, she should not have asked. (Incidentally, I don't think estevie couldn't handle the answers.)

Do you happen to be 'Moi', or are you speaking on behalf of them? I am not being harsh in my tone, but just giving you a heads up, because no one likes to be spoken for, when they are fully able to do so for themselves. Now, that brings me back to Moi. If you are Moi, then you need to realize that you don't have the right to speak on behalf of 'us', the board, about how 'we' feel. If you aren't Moi, and your just poking your head in here, then maybe you are the one who needs to think about some things before the next time you decide to partake in something of this nature, that really doesn‘t concern you.

If ask yourself if you've ever said things you didn't mean, when you were hurting, angry, frustrated, sad, sick, tired, so forth, and then you may want to follow up and ask yourself if you really have the right to judge him in any serious, permenent manner.

I am aware that Schoolteacher insulted this public board, in a public manner, making this a public issue, so you do have the right to speak for yourself. Go ahead on that, as I am all for that kind of thing.

Now, about this matter, I understand the root of the cause as it has developed over the last few days. Do you? I hope so, and figure that you probably do, because that is kind of an important thing to have awareness of before taking any involvement in any matter.

Okay, so I've read what he wrote in his thread filled with anger, and watched his quick fuse spark from the get go, so I don't stand partial to anyone, because he has been harsh and I don’t think that is worthy of any defense, but of his own accord, which is what I think he is trying to do here, and is why that kind of comment is really lacking any compassion.


A lot of people are offended by his comments. Who is to say they are really how he feels, or if it is just that his buttons have been pushed hard, and he is weak because of other things too.

This board can be very unforgiving, as well as forgiving.

If you choose to hold grudges, ask yourself if you are offenseless in Life.
