But here goes.

I have a leather strapon from The Stockroom. I have lost a bit of weight since I got it and need to get the straps adjusted ( it was almost to big when I got it) I know of a local leather shop where I can get it done but I am literally mortified at the prospect of bring it in to get it done. Any suggestions???

If all you need is more holes, you can get a leather punch pretty cheap.

There is only about another inch for adding holes. It needs more of an adjustment then that. It has snaps that hold the O ring and if it was possible to add more snaps..to tighten it that could work. But I am not sure how to do that. The waist has plenty of room for adjustment it is actually the straps that are loose.

You could call your local leather shop and tell them you have a perhaps odd inquiry. If they freak or turn you down, your voice alone is hardly overly identifying.

You could contact the Stockroom and see what they would charge for adjusting it. Since you got it there they might do it for free. Wouldn't hurt to ask.

Thanks for the tips. I like Larks Idea. I hate to have to send it back out to LA to get it done. And I read in a post somewhere else about toys and being embarassed Maybe I will just walk in and be like how much to adjust the strap on? LOL NOT! But I think I may call around.

If you are really paranoid about a negative response don't forget how normal caller ID is, but owning a strap-on harness is hardly illegal. Who knows, you might make a kink-friendly connection.

Honestly not paranoid just a little shy is all. But hey a nice local leather kink connection, that could come in handy!
