My first half would say strip and fuck you silly.
but the half that always wins would actualy... (where are we in a bar? if your naked i'm guessing your at my house or yours
)so I"d not change you that would be too hard, I'd bring you over to a bed cover you up and lay with you untill you are asleep... this way I know your not going to go off and try to find someone/anyone that will take advantage of you... also so you won't hurt yourself. then if it werre my house, i'd grab an extra blanket and head to the couch.
if it were your home, i'd wait around till someone to get home. or if you lived alone i'd sit on the couch and invite myself over for the night to make sure yo don't get up in the middle of the night and hurt yourself.

In RT I once ended up in an ex GF's bed naked and decided she was too drunk to be making any rational decisions. So, while I didn't take her home, I stopped, dressed, and left. She was irate. We've not spoken since. Her name is NOT Cassidy... well, it wasn't when I last saw her anyway, but since that whole "The Artist" changing back to Prince thing who can say for sure?
