My ex came over today to get some more of my kiddos stuff (they're moving in with him for at least a year) and I found out something VERY interesting. In getting all the paperwork together for the change of custody we found out that we aren't even divorced! Here I am for the last 11 years being poly with none of the perks. It also means that my marriage to Wolford and Tiny's marriage to Deb are null and void.

I thought this was funny when he told me, but now I'm beginning to get a little pissed. Tiny's lawyer is going to let us know what we can do tomorrow.

Tiny filed the papers in Brewster County, Tx while I was living in Montgomery County, Tx. I signed the waiver, so I never saw the final papers. What happenen is that a check wasn't put in the correct spot (actually it wasn't checked at all) where it spelled out the visitation. Because of that one check, the divorce paper isn't a legal document which makes the divorce null and void.

I'm going to be VERY interested to see what happens Monday at his lawyers.
