ICE Has Started to Arrest Judges

And completely escaped any form of punishment at all. Will the judges?

There is nothing inexcusable or indefensible about sheltering even an illegal immigrant. Whoever does that, judge or not, does not deserve to be arrested!

And of course the arrest of a judge is shocking, because it is clearly meant as political intimidation and an assault on the separation of powers!

The judge’s fate TBD. I believe Trump’s conviction is pending appeal but Americans have rendered their decision, giving Trump 4 years in the White House.

To bad Judges for the last 100 years haven't been arrested for making law instead of interrupting law. The reason Marxists in this country have any power is because they have used the courts.

How about the facts? The judge was arrested for obstruction of an official proceeding and concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest. Her arrest had nothing to do with the illegal, that is a separate issue.

No, only that 1) not all laws are equally serious to break; and 2) this is not a matter of holding judges accountable for illegality, it is political persecution and intimidation.

My god, it's almost like it's possible to believe that some judges should be arrested and not be a Trump supporter. I'm going to guess you're one of those people whose politics are a matter of religion and not a reasoned stance come to through actually thinking through the issues. It is wrong that so much of America treats judges like they sprang fully armed and armored from the brow of zeus, and are also magically pristine morally forthright people. They already, by and large, think that about themselves without your help.

A lot of judges do indeed grow to believe they are the law, and their desires are paramount. That's wrong. Breaking the law isn't excused by wearing a black robe. If you think that thought can only be thought by people in red hats, you're giving too much credit to people in red hats and not enough to everyone else.

Maybe try having politics beyond "trump sucks"

He does suck, but there's more to life than hating Trump.
